Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing NeuraSwarm you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

NeuraSwarm provides AI-assisted financial operations tooling. Recommendations are advisory; you retain final approval for all actions applied to your systems.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate data, and reviewing outputs before they are applied to production systems.

4. Intellectual Property

NeuraSwarm retains ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraSwarm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will return or delete your data per the DPA.
