Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose

This DPA governs how NeuraSwarm processes personal data on behalf of the Customer, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws.

2. Roles

Customer is the Data Controller. NeuraSwarm is the Data Processor.

3. Processing Details

• Subject matter: Provision of AI-assisted financial operations tooling
• Data categories: Financial transaction data, account data, and contact information you provide
• Sub-processors: Available on request; we notify you of changes

4. Security Measures

See our Security page. We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk.

5. International Transfers

Where data is transferred internationally, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Data Subject Rights

We assist the Customer in responding to data subject requests within required timeframes.

7. Breach Notification

We notify the Customer without undue delay, and no later than 72 hours, after becoming aware of a personal data breach.
