We use collected data to: respond to pilot requests, provide and improve the service, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Customer Financial Data

Financial data processed through NeuraSwarm is governed by your service agreement and our Data Processing Agreement. It is isolated per workspace, encrypted, and never used to train shared models.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@neuraswarm.cloud.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact privacy@neuraswarm.cloud to exercise them.
